Clinical Development Manager
Full Time
Required:
• Qualified as a Behavioral Health Technician
• Strong organizational, coaching and verbal skills
• Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and insurance clearance to drive clinic vehicles if applicable
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Proficient with Anasazi application, Excel, Word
• 1year experience in a supervisory role.
Preferred:
• Prior case management and supervisory experience
• Prior experience with the Serious Mental Illness population.
• Recovery model experience
This position oversees that the recovery model principles are implemented throughout all departments at TGC.
Administrative responsibilities include planning, managing and evaluating recovery support staff, as well as
processes used in the delivery of care to all consumers. Additional duties include implementing and maintaining
the out of home responsibilities of the Community Living Services Department. Coordination and collaboration
with Program Director, Compliance Director and Human Resources, other internal clinic programs and external
community agencies is a significant part of the duties of this position.
