HR Director
The Human Resources Director guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services,
policies, and programs for the entire company. The major areas directed are: Recruiting and Staffing,
performance management and improvement systems, employment and compliance to regulatory concerns,
employee orientation, development and training, policy development and documentation, employee relations,
compensation and benefits administration, employee wellness, employee services and counseling, credentialing
and privileging.
Required:
• Two years Human Resources experience
• Four years of progressive supervisory experience
• BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Any commensurate combination of experience, education and qualifications
Preferred:
• PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification
• MA in Human Resources, Business or related field
• Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational development, employee relations,
training, and labor relations
• Experience in behavioral health administration and JCAHO accreditation
