Inverrary House (TGC)
Inverrary House, The Guidance Center, Inc (TGC) is a Level II behavioral health facility that works
as a partner with adults with co-occurring serious mental illness and chemical dependency
problems, their families and other persons significant to them to promote social and emotional
well being. Our philosophy is to utilize a multidisciplinary treatment approach in collaboration with
state agencies and treating providers to identify strengths/needs in order to develop an
individualized treatment plan. We strive for excellence in service delivery by maintaining best
practice standards.

home-like environment.
- Teach each client new ways of relating to self and others, which allows the client to enjoy
an enhanced quality of life.
Program Objectives and Goals
- To provide a save, nurturing home-like environment.
- To teach life and social skills that will promote positive self-esteem and enhanced
independence.
- To provide an environment that assists clients to learn/demonstrate positive behavioral
changes.
- To reduce/eliminate self defeating behaviors.
- To learn how to live chemical/drug free excepting those drugs needed to maintain stability
and physical health.
Behavioral Health Services Provided
Under the direction and supervision of the Community Living Services (TGC) Clinical
Supervisor/Program Manager, Inverrary House (TGC) Direct Care Staff are provided with the
training to conduct groups, including process, recreation, goals, and home life, as well as direct
service delivery. Counseling services (individual, family, substance abuse, etc) are provided by
Clinical staff of the Community Living Services Program (TGC). Services identified in the
treatment planning process that are not available through The Guidance Center can be provided
either through referral out to other agencies and/or through contracts with private providers.
Hours of Operation
- Administrative staff office hours are 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday,
excluding national holidays, but has an administrator on call at all times.
- Administrative staff is housed at 2187 N. Vickey Street, Flagstaff, AZ, 86004.
- Inverrary House (TGC) is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Visiting hours for Inverrary House (TGC) are Monday-Friday from 4:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.,
Sundays 1:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. Clients and visitors must contact the Inverrary Direct Care
Staff to arrange for visitation.
