The Guidance Center, Inc. is licensed by the ADHS
Office of Behavioral Health Licensure as an
Outpatient Clinic approved to deliver:
- Counseling
- DUI Screening
- DUI Treatment
- DUI Education
- Title 36 Court Ordered Treatment
- Medical Services
All services are Title 19 and 21 certified.
As such, the program complies with all applicable
standards codified in Title 9, Chapter 20 of the
Arizona Administrative Code (AAC). The Guidance
Center does not employ waiting lists for any services.
All sites of The Guidance Center are handicap
accessible. In addition, all outpatient programs
comply with standards established by the Joint
Commission on the Accreditation of health care
Organizations (JCAHO) and the Arizona Department
of Health Services/Division of Behavioral Health
Services (ADHS/DBHS). Outpatient services are
divided into population/diagnosis/acuity and service-
specific departments which are composed of:
