The Guidance Center is located in Flagstaff,Arizona. We provide services to the
community of Northern Arizona, covering Ash Fork, Williams and Coconino County.

The Flagstaff Location is an Inpatient and Outpatient Facility and is licensed by the
ADHS Office Behavioral Health Licensure as an Outpatient Clinic approved to deliver:
  • Counseling
  • Title 36 Court Ordered Treatment
  • Medication Services
  • DUI Screening
  • DUI Treatment
  • DUI Education

There is constant growth at The Guidance Center.
  • We have a new Recovery Unit, which opened in 2007.
  • The Vickey Street office has an Intake Triage Unit, which also opened in 2007.
  • The Williams Location is an Outpatient Facility, which only provides Outpatient Services. This
    location had a pharmacy added in 2009
  • In 2009 we also opened pharmacies in Cottonwood and Show Low.
