| The Guidance Center is located in Flagstaff,Arizona. We provide services to the community of Northern Arizona, covering Ash Fork, Williams and Coconino County. The Flagstaff Location is an Inpatient and Outpatient Facility and is licensed by the ADHS Office Behavioral Health Licensure as an Outpatient Clinic approved to deliver:

| A new Recovery Unit, which started construction during the fall of 2006, is now open. The Vickey Street office has a new Intake Triage Unit, which opened on August 27, 2007. The Williams Location is an Outpatient Facility, which only provides Outpatient Services. The Guidance Center is licensed and accredited by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Health care Organizations (JCAHO) and licensed through Arizona Department of Health Services Office of Behavioral Health Li censure (ADHS / OBHL) & Department of Health Services (DHS) for Outpatient/Special Hospital services. |
