Community Development / Fundraising Specialist - 1 Full Time Position
The primary function of this position is to explore and establish marketing contacts and strategies for TGC.
Establish contacts for community development and collaboration efforts to further the mission and goals of
TGC. REQUIRED: AA degree in marketing or communications. 2 years working in a marketing related position.
Excellent communication skills. Strong ability to synthesize information into presentations. Computer proficient.
Preferred: Master's Degree in Marketing or Communications. Background in Health & Human Services related
field.
Contracts Specialist - 1 Full Time Position
Under direct supervision of the Accounts Receivable Manager, the contracts billing specialist primarily
calculates, sends and follows through on Contract, EAP, RBHA and insurance billings, and in addition,
contributes to the data entry process by SAL and payment entry. REQUIRED: HS Diploma/GED. 3 years
medical office billing experience. Considerable knowledge of bookkeeping. Valid Drivers License. PREFERRED:
Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health or planning or related field plus administrative experience.
Greeting Receptionist - 1 Full Time Position
The main function of this position is to greet and check in clients, notify Medical Practice Coordinators and
clinicians of client arrivals, direct crisis clients to appropriate staff and perform packet reviews and completion
for Triage intakes. Provide top quality service to internal and external clients. HS Diploma/GED. 18 Yrs. or
Older. Detailed knowledge of EXCEL, WORD, ACCESS. High Quality Customer Service Skills. Preferred:
Medical Office Experience or Related Education. 2 yrs. experience as a receptionist in a high volume contact
setting.
Lead Financial Eligibility Representative - 1 Full Time Position
This position conducts financial interviews for existing and new clients to determine eligibility for services with
regard to financial and insurance issues. Ensures that correct guardianship has been established and that
consent forms granting permission for treatment and providing financial information are correctly completed.
Requires HS Diploma/GED with two (2) years supervisory experience, (1) year office experience and MS
Windows.
General Ledger Accountant - 1 Full Time Position
The primary function of this position is to carry out assignments involving financial statements and other related
reporting in accordance with internal, licensure, or accreditation standards using Generally Accepted
Accounting Principles. Perform financial analysis/internal auditing, prepare and process journal entries, perform
internal financial reporting, back up accounts payable/purchasing clerk, maintain fixed asses accounts and
register, assist with year-end audits, participates in the performance improvement processes in the clinic. HS
Diploma/GED, 5 yrs Experience, 2 yrs experience AND 1 year experience in Behavioral Health Accounting may
be substituted for 5 yrs related experience, Bachelors Degree in related field may be substituted for equivalent
experience, Experience using computerized integrated accounting system, Experience in Auditing and
preparing financial reports.

Child and Family Therapist (CFS) - 2 Full Time Positions
The primary function of this position is to provide outpatient treatment for children and adults and their families
within the context of a system of care that includes collaboration with internal and external support and
resources. All services are provided incorporating the Arizona Vision and the Arizona 12 Principles. The
therapist must be able to effectively work with a diverse team of individuals within the mandate of the Child and
Family Team and Adult Family Team and be able to effectively broker consensus among team members.
Collaborate with insurance companies. REQUIRED: Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or a closely
related field. Exp. in providing MH counseling. Knowledge of family systems & family dynamics - 2 yrs direct exp.
Knowledge of DSM IV diagnosis & tx methodologies. AZ Fingerprint clearance card. PREFERRED: Knowledge
of 12 principles. 3+ yrs. in AZ BHS.
EMT - 1 Full Time Position
The primary function of this position is to provide care and safety to adults place in Intake Triage Unit. May
assist in clients groups, provide transportation, assist clients in daily living activities, provide social activities,
monitor and supervise client activity and provide other direct client services. HS Diploma/GED (Required):
Current EMT & CPR Certification. Valid Drivers License. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health
Field. 1-3 yrs. experience in Behavioral Health Setting. Knowledge of Substance Abuse.
Crisis Specialist - 1 Full Time Position
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health Field. 2 yrs experience in Behavioral Health Field. High Skill
Level in Assessment and Evaluation. Knowledge of DSM Diagnosis. Licensure by the State of Arizona as a
Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Associate Counselor or License Social Worker within 6 months of
hire date. Preferred: 1 yr of full time behavioral health or human services work experience in the Arizona
Behavioral Health System.
Case Manager Aide - 1 Full Time Position
Assist Case Managers and Clinical Liaisons in the provision of client services. Includes assistance in the
scheduling of client appointment, assistance in the completion of required forms (discharge, service plan,
assessment updates, etc), coordinating with clients and clinical team members, tracking and prompting of
upcoming due dates for required forms, provide outreach and reengagement to clients. Home and community
visits are an expectation of the position. This position will be expected to maintain an acceptable level of
productivity as measured by billable hours/service value. H.S. Diploma/GED. 21 yrs. of age. Experience
providing services to Adult SMI Population Preferred. Experience in the AZ behavioral healthcare system.
CPR/1st Aide Certified. Training in Crisis Intervention.
Inpatient Social Worker (PAC) - 1 Full Time Position
The primary function of this position is to perform psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, and to
facilitate family meetings. REQUIRED: MSW. 3 yrs. post Master's experience. PREFERRED: Licensed w/in 9
mos. of employment. Minimum 2 yrs. experience w/in-patient population.
Director of Admissions - 1 Full Time Position
This position is responsible for overseeing and directly supervising the following program areas: Screening and
referral system, crisis/intake services and the Williams Clinic. Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or
related field. Licensure by the state of AZ as a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Social Worker.
Experience in Crisis, Intake/Title XIX MH and SA services. AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Behavioral Health Specialist (Inverrary) - 1 Full Time Position
Under professional supervision, assists clinical staff with various client care activities in a residential setting. HS
Diploma/GED (Required), Valid Drivers License (Preferred), Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health Field
Preferred, 1-yr experience in Behavioral Health Field Preferred.
Activities Coordinator (PACU) - 1 Full Time Position
The focus of this position is to assess, select, organize, and implement services to address the individualized
needs and interests of the overall resident/patient population within the center. Activities will be directed toward
restoring and maintaining optimal levels of physical and psychosocial functioning. Develop and implement
activity protocols focused on individualized and rehabilitative modalities including educational, occupational,
recreational, physical, art, music, and vocational rehabilitation evaluation and counseling. Provide care and
safety to clients placed in PACU. Provide general oversight of the rehabilitative activities conducted on the unit
by other staff or consultants. HS Diploma/GED. 21 yrs. of age. 2 Yrs. experience in a social or recreational
program within the past 5 yrs AND 1 yr. full time experience in a patient activities program in a health care
setting within the past 5 yrs. OR Certification as an OT or OT Assistant OR Certification as a Therapeutic
Recreational Specialist.
Assessment and Intake Specialist - 2 Full Time Positions
The function of the position is to provide initial financial and clinical assessments, triage to appropriate level of
care, coordinate initial provision for ongoing services and provide back up crisis services on site and within
community settings. Clinicians in this position are the primary representatives of the agency and its work in the
community. Master's degree in Behavioral Health or Human Services Field. AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance
Card. High skill level in Assessment and Evaluation. Knowledge of DSM Diagnosis Preferred: 1 full yr. of full
time AZ behavioral health or human services work experience.
Community Living Services Therapist - 1 Full Time Position
Provides outpatient counseling and other supportive covered services to eligible adult clients. Maintains client
records and required paperwork. An acceptable level of productivity is expected to be maintained as measured
by billable hours/service value. This position will be responsible for roles/functions of a clinical liaison as
described in the DBHS Provider Manual and will make every effort to create and maintain a treatment team for
each client. Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a closely related field & possesses a higher level of
behavioral health license in Arizona or be able to obtain such licensure, Must be Arizona fingerprint certified as
work will bring them in contact with children, Experience in providing brief, intermittent, solution-focused
counseling to a diverse range of clients, Comprehensive knowledge of DSM- IV diagnosis and treatment skills.
Valid Arizona driver's license.
Substance Abuse Specialist (OPS) - 2 Full Time Positions
Provides case management, outpatient counseling and other supportive covered services to eligible adult
clients. Maintains client records and required paperwork. An acceptable level of productivity (55%) is expected
to be maintained as measured by billable hours/service value. Masters Degree in Behavioral Health related
field, Experience in Providing Counseling to broad range of clients, Knowledge of DSM IV Diagnosis and
Treatment skills, Valid AZ Driver License and able to pass TGC MVR screening, Preferred: 1-3 yrs. of
Experience in Substance Abuse or BH setting.
Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinator - 1 Full Time Position - Internal Only
The purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive vocational education programs to SMI adults with the
goal of achieving optimal independence in the community and to develop site-education and assist community
employers to employ persons with SMI (Serious Mental Illness). Requires BA/BSW/BS in Human Services or
related area and experience with SMI population and/or training in RSA/DVR process.
RN - 1 Part Time Position
Provide care and safety to adolescents and adults placed in the PACU and Recovery Units. Care includes
dispensing medications as ordered by TGC physician, perform Accu-Checks, supporting a therapeutic
community and educational program, perform labs tests, supervising staff LPNs in the performance of their
duties. Requires Current valid AZ Board of Nursing license.
Peer Support Specialist - 5 Part Time Positions, 4 in Flagstaff, 1 in Williams
Requires HS diploma or GED, WRAP Plan. Under professional supervision assists clinical staff with various
client care activities in a residential setting. May assist in client groups, provide transportation, assist clients in
daily living activities, provide social and recreational activities, monitor and supervise client activity and provide
other direct client services. Will work one on one with small groups. H S Diploma/GED, 21 years of age,
completion of Peer Support Wrap Plan, two (2) years life experience in Mental Health (receiving or providing
services for family member or self).
Physicians Assistant, PMHNP, or M.D. - 1 Full Time Position
Responsible for performing health care tasks at all Guidance Center sites. Graduate of NCCPA, substantial
experience in Mental Health, PA license, DEA, and Fingerprint Card, or Masters in Nursing, ANCC cert in Adult
Psychiatric Nursing Mental Heath, or MD trained in general Psychiatry.
Lead Behavioral Health Specialist - 1 Full Time Position in Recovery
To provide leadership and supervision to BHS on the ITU/Recovery Unit. These responsibilities include
coordination of shift assignments/coverage and communication related to client activities, behavior
management, and implementation of treatment plans. Provide care and safety to adults placed on the ITU and
Recovery units. Care includes providing a therapeutic and educational program via Educational Protocols,
assisting with recreational programs of clients monitoring of clients, assisting with transport needs,and reporting
to SA Manager and SA Director. Requires Bachelor's in a behavioral health field with 2 or more years
experience.
Adult Case Manager - 4 Full Time Positions
This position will broker services for seriously mentally ill and adult mental health clients through coordination
efforts with other clinical team members, supervised/independent living, and others within the community.
Home and community visits are an expectation of the position. This focus of this position is to provide frequent
intervention and support to stabilize this population. Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or Human Services or
in another area with one-year experience in Human Service. Current drivers license and MVD clearance to
drive clinic vehicles. Preferred experience: one-year case management, prior experience with SMI population,
CPR and First Aid.
Child and Family Services Involvement Specialist - 2 Full Time Positions
This position assists clients and their families in obtaining needed services. Works directly with children and
their family members, community agencies and other resources to plan and implement the Individualized
Service Plan (ISP)., provides case management and family support services per the NARBHA/Child Protective
Services Program for In Home Services and attending and coordinating CFT. Requires Bachelor's degree in
Social Science or Human Services, or in another area with one year experience in the Human Service area.
