Arizona law (ARS 25-351/352) for all parents with natural or adopted children under age
18, in any action for dissolution of marriage or legal separation.
This also applies to paternity proceedings in which a party has requested that the Court
determine custody or parenting time rights. If you live out-of-state at this time, contact

Two Parent Information Program classes are offered each month here at The
Guidance Center on the first and third Thursday of each month from 5:15 p.m. to
9:00 p.m. One class session meets statute requirements.
Payment is required before each class, so please arrive early to check in and
complete payment so that you are not late for the class (the Court does not
allow late arrivals - if you are late, please reschedule).

$50 Class Fee (Cash or Credit or Debit Card only – no checks)
Deferral/payments for this fee is available at Coconino County Superior Court,
Administration Offices, 200 N. San Francisco. This Deferral is only for the Parent
Information Class and is not part of any other Deferral issued by the Court.
