ACCESSING SERVICES

A client, family member, or referring professional may call our
Information Referral Staff for assistance at (928) 714-5221.
Staff will discuss needs, provide assistance, or help initiate a
referral. Our Information and Referral Staff have in -depth
knowledge about our programs and strive to provide the
highest quality service.
